It can be a challenging task to get just the right mix of party music for a wedding reception. Unlike a nightclub, where people go because the club is known for playing the particular style, genre or era of music that they like, a wedding reception can have a variety of guests from different age groups, along with different tastes, and values. Experience has showed me that it’s best to begin with family friendly music and to play the songs that appeal to the majority earlier on in the evening. I have found that selecting songs from a given genre or era and playing them in sets of 3 or 4, before changing to another set keeps a continuous flow of guests on your dance floor.
You can select your own favourite songs or if you want, I am more than happy to assist you in choosing the key songs for your wedding day.
